Freight Intermodal Efficiency PRG

This group of senior operational managers from freight customers and logistics suppliers works towards a goal of improvement in the cost, reliability, quality outturn, security, smart solutions, better control of cargoes, across all modes and links in the supply chain.

The group is managing the Business Activity Harmonisation Study implementation process, assisting customers and their supply chain partners to improve their efficiency and reduce costs.

A current project is the research and development with industry of a perspective on intermodal hub development in Victoria, as an input to government policy work.

The emphasis of this group is on practical, achievable, industry driven improvements to supply chains.
