Government TDL Policies

Aside from the many reports and documents generated by the TDL industry in partnership with the Victorian Government, there are a number of other Government policy documents that make specific reference to the importance of the TDL industry.

Victoria: Leading the Way, released by Government on 20 April 2004, is a key economic statement and action plan that strategically positions Victoria to meet external challenges to our strong economic performance. A key action of which is the building of better supply chain links.

Growing Victoria Together is a ten-year vision that articulates what is important to Victorians and the conditions for a better society. The document was produced in consultation with many groups in the community and with extensive discussions between the Government and the people of Victoria. The latest edition was released in 2005.

Moving Forward in Provincial Victoria is the Victorian Government's $502 million blueprint for action and achievement that will drive growth in provincial Victoria over the next five to 10 years.
